Never too late

I know it's late, but I still wanted to share a post in honor of today's holiday~ Martin Luther King Jr. day. My sudden desire to do so comes from my brother's blog. Today he wrote about the true meaning behind MLK and where we stand today with racism. He shares some of the ways he would've taught racism differently as a former 5th grade teacher, which I find remarkable knowing how hard he worked for the past 3 years in a lower class inner-city Boston charter school. After reading some of the articles within his post, I realized that awareness is never too late. Click here to read in its entirety.
