Peach Cobbler

To go along with my delicious produce pick of the month, I thought I'd share the most easy peasie recipe for PEACH COBBLER. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter (i never said it was healthy)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup of real milk (soy doesn't work- i tried!)
1 cup of drained peaches

Directions:
Melt butter in 1 quart Pyrex (glass) dish. Add sugar, flour, and baking powder and mix well. Slowly stir in milk, add peaches, and mix gently. Bake @ 350 in the oven for 1 hr. Goes great with ice cream and serves 6.

  1. WOW! How time flies...I can't believe Benjamin is already almost 2 months old! We got Pierce his Jumperoo when he was 3 month old...he still has some trouble being so small due to the fact that you really shouldn't purchase a jumper until 4 months old, but we thought he would enjoy it with a pillow under the bottom and a blanket under him so he is tall enough to see the toys. I bought the Fisher Price Jumper because they have a head support so even if Benjamin can't quite control his head 100% of the time, the head support helps.

We would love to get together with you sometime...We are planning on going to JD and Brittney's on November 4th for our bimonthly dinner at 6pm if you would like to join us, we would love to see Bart, Bejamin and you there.

Talk soon and happy 2 months!
