YUMMY smoothie!!!!

After eating a bowl of sugary cereal (sometimes I just can't resist!), some white bread toast, and fresh pineapple I was feeling the familiar signs of a sugar OVERLOAD. Even though my breakfast seemed like a pretty healthy combination, after I thought about it, I realized that it actually wasn't. To make up for my mid-morning slump I plugged in our blender and followed this delicious and nutritious recipe found here and it gave me just the right balance of refreshment and energy. I know it looks like one of those gross green grass juices, but just as it promises, it tastes just like an ORANGE JULIUS. Enjoy!
